About The Goose.
The original Goose Café/Restaurant was established in 1998 at the old Passmore family home in central Busselton. The name “Goose” is the owner Rhys Passmore’s nickname from early school days. Rhys is from a third generation Busselton family. Being a Culinary trained Chef, Rhys has travelled extensively throughout the world, working and gaining knowledge that is now in evidence in the style of the menu and restaurant. Residing in Busselton with his wife Gemma and 3 children, Rhys is dedicated to promoting culinary excellence in the South West.
The Goose quickly out grew the original premises and at the beginning of December 2004 Rhys opened the “New Goose”. Defining style and location, the Goose provides a world class, waterfront location second to none.
