Across multiple courses, expect a line-up of flavour-packed dishes created exclusively for the night, bringing together Emily Taylor’s bold signatures with The Goose’s coastal charm and produce-led approach. Think delicate bites, bigger plates and plenty to pass around the table, all served at an easy pace so you can settle in and make a night of it.
